How to purchase our services

Choosing a software product.

Our company offers a complete line of web hosting automation software. Choose a desired software product to go to its "Pricelist/Order" page:

Select a verion of the software product and license order period, and click the "Order" button.

Step 1. Registering your account in the billing system. 

You will be redirected to our billing system to proceed with the order. First, you need to register in the billing. If you already have the account, follow the link "I already have an account with you".

Be very attentive while filling out the form. Remember your username and password.

Step 2. Choosing a desired service and payment method.

You will be required to confirm the software version and license order period that you have selected. If you have a promotion code that allows you to get a discount, please enter it into the corresponding field.

Step 3. License parameters.

A software license is assigned to the server's IP-address where a software product will be installed. Enter a valid IP-address. Please note, that you cannot obtain the license for local IP-addresses.

A License name is an optional field. You may leave it blank.

You can provide a password for your server administrator (root password) if you are going to contact our Technical support for assistance. If not, leave the field blank.

Step 4. License agreement.

Carefully read and agree to the terms of the License agreement.

Step 5. Confirming your order.

Your order details, including the total license price with all discounts applied, if any will be listed in the "Order confirmation" form.

You can set up automatic renewal for your license, if necessary.

Check the "Pay now" box to proceed with payment.

Step 6. Choosing a payer.

Select a "Payer", i.e. either a company or an individual who will be charged for the services provided. Currently, you have only one payer that was automatically created basing on the data that you provided on Step 1.

In the "Payer profile" module you can use a wide range of functions for your payers' management: you can add a new payer, edit parameters of an existing one or delete him.

Step 7. Choosing a required payment method.

Choose a desired payment method. Depending on the payment method you will be required to fill out more forms in our billing system, or you will be redirected to a payment system's web site to make payment.

Available payment methods:

  • Wire transfer
  • Bank cards, such as Visa, MasterCard (via the ASSIST electronic payment system)
  • PayPal

Activating the license.

Once you have paid the order, and the billing system  has credited your money, your license will be activated automatically.

With the license activated, you may proceed to install the software on your server. The license key will be uploaded to the server automatically.

Please note, you can cancel your order and refund money as long as you have not activated the license.
